Uganda to Pass Anti-Gay Bill

Uganda will pass its anti-gay bill by the end of 2012, according to an article from the Associated Press. The speaker of Uganda’s parliament says the legislation is what Ugandans want despite widespread international outrage of the bill. Currently, the Ugandan penal code criminalizes homosexuality, but this new bill was drafted to “protect Uganda’s children from homosexuals.” Click here to read the full article.
