Human Resources & Volunteer Program Coordinator
HRI is seeking an outgoing, people-oriented professional to manage HRI's "human" agency resources.  This includes HRI's benefits package and volunteer program.  The successful candidate will ensure proper implementation of the staff's benefits and understanding of benefits' package.  The candidate will also form new relationships and strengthen existing ties with various HRI volunteers.  The candidate will work to increase community awareness of HRI's volunteer program; seek out new volunteers; and support and educate existing volunteers.  The candidate will also develop and plan trainings and volunteer recognition; and actively participate in the agency's volunteer program planning and continued expansion. For more information on this position and how to apply, please download the detailed job description.
