Sarah Pahl

sarahLegal Assistant and Case Management Coordinator

Sarah Pahl is the Legal Assistant and Case Management Coordinator and provides administrative support for both the Women & Children's Program and the Asylum Program.

Sarah has a background in social work, receiving her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2007, and working in the nonprofit sector as a community organizer and in the public sector as a social service coordinator for the Dallas Community Court program. In August 2009, desiring to increase her capacity to serve the needs of others, she began working towards her J.D. at SMU Dedman School of Law as a part-time evening student and is a candidate to graduate in May 2013.

Sarah hopes to fuse her passion for helping others with HRI's mission to protect global human rights and restore dignity.
